This trip is for 2 hours and will be hosted on the lake. Please bring your light refreshments and/ or food. The trip lasts for two hours. Please remember that there are no restrooms on the boat, so please eat light and be prepared. Join us for a unique opportunity to meet Uncle Chino on our party boat. Enjoy a 2-hour trip around the lake while bringing your own light refreshments and food to make the experience even more special. Cancellation Policy
1. General Disclaimer Grateful Fishing is a booking service that connects guests with independent fishing guides and boat operators on Lake Ray Hubbard. We do not own or operate boats and are not responsible for the actions of guides, captains, or third-party providers. 2. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver By booking, guests acknowledge the risks of fishing, boating, and related activities, including: Drowning, injury, or accidents on the boat Weather-related dangers Foodborne illness from meals provided Grateful Fishing assumes no liability for injuries, damages, or losses. Participation is at the guest’s own risk. 3. Death & Injury Waiver Guests expressly agree that: Grateful Fishing is not responsible for injuries, medical conditions, or fatalities. All claims for injury, disability, or death are waived. Guests assume full responsibility for medical costs or emergencies. 4. Boat & Guide Responsibility Guides and boat operators are independent providers responsible for safety and legal compliance. Any disputes must be handled directly with them. 5. Food & Beverage Disclaimer Any food or drinks provided are consumed at the guest’s own risk. Grateful Fishing is not liable for allergic reactions or foodborne illness. 6. Payment, Deposit & Cancellation Policy A deposit is required at booking and is non-refundable. Trips may be rescheduled based on availability if requested at least 72 hours in advance. Remaining balances must be paid before the trip. Cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows forfeit all payments. Weather-related cancellations are determined by the boat operator and may be rescheduled. 7. Conduct & Safety Compliance Guests must follow all safety rules from the guide or captain. Reckless or illegal behavior may result in trip termination without refund. 8.
